DSSRC expressed concern that the posts conveyed claims regarding the potential income a typical salesforce member could earn from the Company's business opportunity, including the possibility of becoming a “millionaire” and that the typical Company salesforce member could earn “$10,000 a month.” The health-related claims included representations that Company products could effectively treat depression, hormonal imbalance, and chronic pain. The website claim pertained to the unparalleled efficacy of its products.

Thirteen of the posts were communicated on Facebook, one appeared on Pinterest and the remaining blog post was created by a third party with no affiliation to the Company. DSSRC expressed concern that the posts conveyed claims regarding the potential income that a typical salesforce member could earn from the Company's business opportunity, including the possibility of achieving “financial freedom,” earning “full time income,” and that the typical Company salesforce members could “make a small investment that has a large, life changing return.”

With respect to the earnings claims, DSSRC expressed its concern to the Company about the social media posts conveying claims regarding the potential income that a typical salesforce member could earn from the Company's business opportunity, including the possibility of earning substantial income, a free trip, and financial freedom. DSSRC was also concerned that the product claims conveyed the message that the Company’s products could prevent or treat health-related conditions including diarrhea, eczema and Covid.
