Under the terms of class action settlements related to a continuously variable transmission (“CVT”), Nissan North America, Inc. (“Nissan”) has agreed to arbitrate certain transmission-related claims occurring after December 22, 2022 for the vehicles and extended warranties listed in the “Eligibility” section below.

Eligibility
Your claim must involve one of these model year vehicles and still be within the extended warranty period:
- 2014-2018 Nissan Rogue: The Powertrain Warranty has been extended from 60 months or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first, to 84 months or 84,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
- 2015-2018 Nissan Pathfinder: The Powertrain Warranty has been extended from 60 months or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first, to 84 months or 84,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
- 2015-2018 INFINITI QX60: The Powertrain Warranty has been extended from 72 months or 70,000 miles, whichever occurs first, to 96 months or 96,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
