BBB AUTO LINE

At BBB AUTO LINE, we help you settle your vehicle warranty dispute without the need for an attorney. This dispute resolution program is free of charge to the vehicle owners of participating manufacturers. We offer both mediation and arbitration services to resolve automotive warranty, lemon law, class action, and other manufacturer disputes.

Class Actions

Tailored to provide you with a high-touch support system, our class action programs are customized to the specific requirements of the class agreement. Our trusted and impartial processes have led to the efficient resolution of disputes arising from complex class action settlements for more than 30 years.

Coalition for Better Advertising Dispute Resolution

This program is an independent dispute resolution program for participants of the Better Ads Experience Program, an initiative of the Coalition for Better Ads (CBA) to improve the online advertising experience for consumers. The program’s Better Ads Standards identify the advertising formats for desktop, web, and mobile that are most likely to drive consumers to install ad blockers and program participants commit to avoiding the identified formats.

Ford Extended Service Arbitration

This program assists in the resolution of disputes arising under a Ford Extended Service Plan, Maintenance Plan, or Extended Service Contract naming BBB National Programs as the arbitration provider. Through this program, customer disputes may be resolved by mediation resulting in a mutual resolution between both parties or through non-binding arbitration.

Volkswagen Car-Net & Audi Connect

BBB National Programs is a non-profit organization providing independent and impartial dispute resolution services to resolve disputes between a business and its customers for Volkswagen Car-Net and Audi Connect. BBB National Programs provides arbitration for these disputes under the Binding Arbitration Rules for Audi Connect Disputes and Volkswagen Car-Net Disputes.

Lemon Laws by State

If your vehicle is under warranty, lemon laws require your vehicle manufacturer to repair your vehicle and, if they cannot do so after a reasonable number of attempts, they must either replace or refund your vehicle.
