Use Your Voice to Impact the Future of Our Work

As a National Partner of BBB National Programs, you have a seat at the table to help drive the future of our self-regulatory programs and services. National Partner committees engage directly with our leadership and programmatic teams to guide the development of new programs and solutions to meet industry needs. Committees meet up to four times a year to review procedures and guidance, recommend process improvements, and help us explore untapped potential.

Committee members are expected to:

Actively participate in the work of the committee
Provide thoughtful input to committee deliberations
Focus on the best interests of the program and committee goals

Committee Options Children's Issues Committee – Provide feedback and guidance to BBB National Programs’ advertising, food and beverage, and privacy programs for children/teens and act as program ambassadors. Open to National Partners who are also Children’s Advertising Review Unit (CARU) supporters, Children’s Food and Beverage Advertising Initiative (CFBAI) participants, or any child- or teen-directed program member. Consumer Dispute Resolution Committee – Provide feedback and guidance to BBB National Programs’ consumer dispute resolution programs such as the BBB AUTO LINE, Telecom Industry, and Class Action Dispute Resolution programs, recommend improvements, and act as program ambassadors. Consumer Sales Committee – Provide feedback and guidance to BBB National Programs’ direct-selling programs, recommend improvements, and act as program ambassadors. Open to corporate and outside counsel National Partners. Membership Committee – Provide feedback on the National Partner experience, guidance for the annual membership conference, and explore additional opportunities to recruit, retain, and engage members. National Advertising Committee – Provide feedback on current National Advertising Division (NAD) and National Advertising Review Board (NARB) processes, recommend improvements, and act as program ambassadors to increase exposure of the NAD and NARB and their advertising challenge processes. Privacy Committee – Provide feedback on current processes, recommend improvements, act as program ambassadors, and examine other opportunities of interest in the larger privacy environment.
