BBB National Programs is an independent, non-profit organization that oversees more than a dozen national industry self-regulation programs that set high standards for the advertising and privacy practices of business. These programs provide third-party accountability and dispute resolution services that create a fairer playing field for businesses and create a better experience for consumers.
Embracing its role as an independent organization since the restructuring of the Council of Better Business Bureaus in June 2019, BBB National Programs is continuing to evolve its work and grow its impact by providing business guidance and fostering best
practices in its areas of expertise - advertising, child-directed marketing, and privacy.
