ERA/ERSP 2018 Government Affairs Fly-In
At this year’s ERSP Summit, legal professionals and industry leaders will discuss trends in direct response advertising. During the half-day workshop, topics will include: self-regulation of e-commerce practices; lavish lifestyle and implied earnings claims in wealth creation advertising; and insights from BBB representatives about how the organization evaluates companies and handles complaints.
