New York, NY – July 9, 2013 – The National Advertising Division has referred to the Federal Trade Commission advertising claims made Fiore RX, LLC, for its “Antifungal Nail Lacquer” after the company failed to respond to an NAD inquiry.

NAD is an investigative unit of the advertising industry’s system of self-regulation. It is administered by the Council of Better Business Bureaus.

NAD requested from the advertiser substantiation for claims that included:
