New York, NY – October 13, 2023 – The National Advertising Division (NAD) determined that no disclosure modifications were necessary in a thirty-second commercial for Charter's Spectrum Mobile “Speed Boost” and Spectrum One Mobile home internet services.

10/12/2023 - National Advertising Division Recommends Comcast Discontinue or Modify “10G” Claims; Finds Xfinity “Next Generation” Claim Supported
New York, NY – October 12, 2023 – In a challenge brought by T-Mobile US, Inc., the National Advertising Division (NAD) determined that Comcast provided a reasonable basis for its “Next Generation” claims, but recommended it modify or discontinue "10G" claims.

10/12/2023 - Comcast Appeals National Advertising Division Recommendation to Discontinue or Modify Xfinity “10G” Claim
New York, NY – October 12, 2023 – The National Advertising Division (NAD) recommended that Comcast discontinue the claim “10G” or qualify the claim to make clear that Comcast is implementing improvements that will enable it to achieve 10G and that 10G is aspirational or use “10G” in a manner that is not false or misleading.

New York, NY – October 12, 2023 – The National Advertising Division (NAD) determined that Louisiana-Pacific provided a reasonable basis for one home siding product, however, NAD recommended certain quantified and unquantified superiority claims be modified or discontinued.
