Direct Selling Self-Regulatory Council Recommends LOVEWINX Discontinue Certain Salesforce Earnings Claims
McLean, VA – September 9, 2026 – The Direct Selling Self-Regulatory Council (DSSRC) of BBB National Programs recommended that LOVEWINX, Inc. take additional steps to modify or discontinue certain salesforce earnings claims on social media.
The advertising claims were made by LOVEWINX, a direct selling company that markets wellness, intimacy, and related lifestyle products. This inquiry, which included 12 claims, was commenced by DSSRC through its ongoing independent monitoring of advertising and marketing claims in the direct selling industry.
In this case, DSSRC was concerned that the subject claims communicated the message that LOVEWINX salesforce members could achieve substantial income, financial independence, early retirement, debt elimination, significant bonuses, travel rewards, or full-time career income through the LOVEWINX business opportunity. These claims were disseminated on Facebook and Instagram.
The earnings claims at issue include, but are not limited to:
Upon receiving the inquiry, LOVEWINX was able to remove or modify seven of the 12 identified posts to address DSSRC’s concerns.
DSSRC remained concerned that five posts, all posted by former LOVEWINX salesforce members, are still accessible to the public.
LOVEWINX provided DSSRC with copies of its outreach to the former salesforce members requesting they either completely remove or significantly modify the posts at issue to remove the questionable content.
DSSRC appreciated LOVEWINX’s good-faith efforts to address the earnings claims identified, including the actions that resulted in the removal or modification of seven of the posts, LOVEWINX’s outreach to those responsible for the remaining posts, its efforts to regain control of LOVEWINX social media accounts, and its communication to active participants regarding earnings-claim compliance.
DSSRC recommends that LOVEWINX continue those efforts and, if the former participants do not take corrective action, contact the relevant social media platforms to advise that the claims are unauthorized and request removal of the content. If that does not work, DSSRC recommends LOVEWINX post a comment on the post indicating that the earnings representations were not authorized by LOVEWINX and are not representative of the earnings generally achieved by its salesforce members.
DSSRC will continue to monitor the Company’s efforts to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
In its statement, LOVEWINX stated that it “agrees to comply with DSSRC’s recommendation.”
