Direct Selling Self-Regulatory Council Recommends Xyngular Modify or Discontinue Certain Salesforce Earnings Claims

McLean, VA – November 5, 2025 – The Direct Selling Self-Regulatory Council (DSSRC) of BBB National Programs recommended that Xyngular Corporation, a direct selling company that offers a range of health and wellness products, modify or discontinue earnings claims made by Xyngular salesforce members.

The earnings claims at issue were identified by DSSRC through its ongoing, independent monitoring of advertising claims in the direct selling industry.

The earnings claims that formed the basis of this inquiry include, but are not limited to:
  • “financial freedom”
  • “One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned? Small things add up to BIG results. And that’s exactly why I love Xyngular—because it gives us the opportunity to earn a little or a lot, depending on what we’re looking for. Maybe it’s extra grocery money, a little breathing room in the budget, or even something bigger—a life-changing income stream. If you had a side gig, what would your financial goal be? Would it be an extra $200 a month? $500? Maybe even enough to replace a full-time income?”
  • “HUGE things are coming to the X world! If you're out looking for an extra income opportunity, free travel, the best community or even changing your family's financial future I would love to fill you in!!”
  • “I've looked like this so many times!! Like which bill can hold off till next Paycheck! There were & still times that I put all the bills out to go thru to see if we have enough for gas & groceries or any extras. But with Xyngular side gig income, I don't have to worry about the extras. Are you a stay home mama looking for extra income to get stuff for your kids for back to school or maybe a student going back to college & need some money for school or just someone needing help with bills, gas, & food on the table.”
  • ”Get paid every day!!” (contains photos of deposits into bank accounts)
  • “As if Xyngular couldn’t give you enough opportunities to make EASY money! They just did it again! 🤑 New EASY way this month to have an opportunity for more bonuses! Who wants the deets!  Y’all could have an extra $1000 in your pocket by next week! For working maybe 5 hours total!”

DSSRC was concerned that the challenged claims communicated the message that the typical Xyngular salesforce member can generally expect to earn significant income from the Xyngular business opportunity.

Xyngular did not attempt to support the earnings claims that were brought to its attention and took immediate action to try and remove the posts in their entirety.

Xyngular was able to remove 12 of the 13 challenged claims. Xyngular also advised DSSRC that it had reached out to the independent salesforce member responsible for disseminating the remaining social media post and asked that the post be modified or removed in its entirety. After receiving no response from the salesforce member, Xyngular terminated the salesforce member’s account.

DSSRC acknowledged Xyngular’s good faith efforts to remove the challenged claims and to contact the individual responsible for the remaining social media post and terminate their role as a salesforce member when the individual was unresponsive to Xyngular’s request. In addition, Xyngular placed a conspicuous comment on the post noting that the claim violates both Xyngular and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) policies.

DSSRC recommends Xyngular take one further step by notifying Facebook that the post includes an unauthorized earnings claim that remains viewable to the public despite the Xyngular’s outreach efforts.

In its statement, Xyngular said that it “appreciates the opportunity to work collaboratively with the DSSRC” and that it “will continue its efforts to have the remaining unauthorized post removed.”
