Before filing your privacy complaint with BBB National Programs, please note:
BBB National Programs’ Global Privacy Division handles complaints alleging that a Participating Business has failed to comply with one or more of the Program Requirements in relation to the personal data of an individual processed within the scope of the Participating Business’ privacy certification.
BBB National Programs is a U.S. non-profit organization. Our handling of your complaint will require the processing of your personal data within the United States and will be governed by U.S. law. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
By completing and submitting the complaint form on the following pages, you authorize BBB National Programs to process your personal data provided by you or by the Participating Business in accordance with the relevant Procedure Rules. You also authorize BBB National Programs to share your complaint and personal information with the Participating Business and with translators, as needed, for purposes of resolving the complaint.
