Dispute Resolution Program for Verizon Wireless Customers
The Verizon Wireless Customer Agreement provides for the resolution of disputes in arbitration or small claims court. Verizon Wireless customers have the option of arbitrating disputes of $10,000 or less through arbitration administered by BBB National Programs.
BBB National Programs serves as an independent provider of arbitration services. Please review the BBB National Programs Rules of Binding Arbitration for Verizon Wireless Customers that describe the arbitration process.
WRITTEN NOTICE TO VERIZON WIRELESS IS REQUIRED BEFORE CUSTOMERS MAY REQUEST ARBITRATION
Under the terms of the Verizon Wireless Customer Agreement, customers seeking to arbitrate a dispute must provide written notice of the dispute to Verizon Wireless at least 30 days before arbitration is requested. This requirement can be fulfilled by electronic communication. If you have not provided the required written notice to Verizon Wireless, you may send notice to email@example.com.
Even if you have provided prior written notice to Verizon Wireless about your dispute, you can contact a Verizon Wireless customer service representative at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to try to resolve your dispute directly with Verizon Wireless before filing for arbitration.
PLEASE NOTE: BBB National Programs only provides arbitration for claims against Verizon Wireless. You should contact your local Better Business Bureau If you are seeking to pursue a claim against another business.
