National Partner Committee Options
Membership Committee – Provide feedback on the National Partner experience, guidance for the annual membership conference, and explore additional opportunities to recruit, retain, and engage members. Open to all National Partners.
National Advertising Committee – Provide feedback on current National Advertising Division (NAD) and National Advertising Review Board (NARB) processes, recommend improvements, and act as program ambassadors to increase exposure of the NAD and NARB and their advertising challenge processes. Open to corporate National Partners only.
Outside Counsel Committee – Provide feedback to specific programs of interest including the Children's Advertising Review Unit (CARU), National Advertising Division (NAD), National Advertising Review Board (NARB), and Children's Food and Beverage Advertising Initiative (CFBAI). Feedback could include (but is not limited to) a review of current processes, future opportunities in self-regulation, and review and comment on potential guidance development. Open to law firm National Partners only.
Children's Issues Committee – Provide feedback and guidance to BBB National Programs' advertising, food and beverage, and privacy programs for children/teens and act as program ambassadors. Open to corporate National Partners who are also Children’s Advertising Review Unit (CARU) supporters, Children's Food and Beverage Advertising Initiative (CFBAI) participants, or TeenAge Privacy Program (TAPP) members.
Emerging Programs Committee – Provide guidance concerning programs in development and explore new opportunities, outside of our current programs, where BBB National Programs' expertise in self-regulation and dispute resolution can be utilized. Open to all National Partners.
Privacy Committee – Provide feedback on current processes, recommend improvements, act as program ambassadors, and examine other opportunities of interest in the larger privacy environment. Open to all National Partners.
Consumer Sales Committee – Provide feedback and guidance to BBB National Programs' direct-selling programs, recommend improvements, and act as program ambassadors. Open to corporate and outside counsel National Partners. Open to all National Partners.
Consumer Dispute Resolution Committee – Provide feedback and guidance to BBB National Programs' consumer dispute resolution programs such as the BBB AUTO LINE, Telecom Industry, and Class Action Dispute Resolution programs, recommend improvements, and act as program ambassadors. Open to all National Partners.
