The National Advertising Division (NAD) annual conference, NAD 2022, brings together advertising and legal professionals, academic and industry experts, government officials, and businesses of all sizes to examine and explore the challenges advertisers and marketers are navigating in the advertising landscape, best practices and trends, and perspective on what’s coming next. This year’s conference will examine how brand advertising can build trust with consumers. The agenda includes sessions addressing hot topics in advertising law including environmental sustainability, advertising issues raised by the metaverse and e-commerce as well as practical advice on the day-to-day issues that an increasingly competitive environment can raise.
