The National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus has recommended that Housewares America, Inc., modify or discontinue certain claims for Debby Meyer GreenBags. The company has said it will appeal certain findings of the NAD to the National Advertising Review Board (NARB), the appellate body of the advertising industry’s system of self-regulation.
