    The Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program (ERSP) has found that Stain Away, LLC can support certain claims for Power Swabs, a teeth whitening system, but recommended the marketer modify or discontinue other claims.

    The Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program (ERSP) has determined that Sleeping Well, LLC has provided adequate support for certain performance claims made in its direct-response advertising for ZQuiet, a device intended to treat nighttime snoring.
  • 4/08/2020 - ERSP Finds La Lumiere Can Support Certain Claims for ‘illuMask’ Acne Treatment, Recommends Marketer Modify Certain Claims

    The Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program (ERSP) has determined that La Lumiere, LLC, can support performance claims for illuMask, a device intended to help treat acne. However, ERSP recommended that the marketer clarify its money-back guarantee claims.

    The Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program (ERSP) has determined that Healthy Directions, LLC can support general performance claims for OxyRub, a topical pain relief cream, but recommended the marketer modify or discontinue certain claims.
  • 4/08/2020 - ERSP Finds Emson, Inc. Can Support Certain Claims For “Ab Rocket Twister”

    The Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program (ERSP) has determined that Emson, Inc., has provided adequate support for certain claims made in direct-response advertising for the Ab Rocket Twister. The marketer voluntarily discontinued several other claims that were the subject of the ERSP inquiry.
  • 4/08/2020 - Daily Wellness Participates In ERSP Self-Regulatory Forum

    The Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program (“ERSP”), the electronic direct-response industry’s self-regulatory forum, announced that The Daily Wellness Company, participated in the voluntary forum and will revise claims made in its print advertising for ArginMax nutritional supplements for men and women. The truth and accuracy of the marketer’s claims came to the attention of ERSP through its on-going monitoring program.
  • 4/08/2020 - Cellular Research Participates In ERSP Forum

    The Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program (ERSP) announced that Cellular Research, LLC (Cellular Research), marketer of the Dual Action Cleanse, has provided adequate support for certain performance and comparative claims. ERSP also recommended the company modify other specific performance claims and comparative claims and to discontinue any weight- loss claims. The marketer’s advertising was reviewed pursuant to ERSP’s ongoing monitoring system.
  • 4/08/2020 - Carboburn Participates In ERSP Self-Regulatory Forum

    The Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program (ERSP), the electronic direct-response industry’s self-regulatory forum supervised by the National Advertising Review Council (NARC), announced that it has recommended that direct response marketer United Health Laboratories, marketers for the nutritional supplement, CarboBurn, discontinue all performance claims, testimonial, comparative market, and safety claims made in its online advertising.  The truth and accuracy of the marketer’s claims came to the attention of ERSP from a consumer complaint.
  • 4/08/2020 - Bravo Smokes Participates In ERSP Forum

    The  Electronic  Retailing  Self-Regulation  Program  (ERSP) announced that Bravo Smokes Corporation, marketer of Bravo Smokes, an alternative to nicotine cigarettes,  voluntarily discontinued  safety claims made on its Website and in radio advertising. ERSP  noted  that  Bravo  Smokes  substantiated  general  performance  claims,  but  was  asked  to modify  specific  performance  and clinically  based  claims.  The marketer’s  advertising  came  to ERSP’s attention through ERSP’s ongoing monitoring program.
