    The Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program (ERSP) has determined that Lemonade Weight Loss LLC, marketer of the Lemonade Weight Loss Diet program, provided adequate support for general performance claims but recommended the marketer modify certain claims and add disclosures regarding the meal plan and diet components.
  • 4/09/2020 - Janson Beckett Participates In ERSP Forum

    The Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program (ERSP) announced that Janson Beckett Cosmeceuticals (Janson Beckett), marketers of AlphaDerma CE anti-aging treatment, have provided support for broad comparative claims as to the ease of use of their product compared to Botox. However, ERSP has asked that Janson Beckett modify general performance, establishment, and testimonial, and specific comparative claims in online advertising. The marketer’s advertising was reviewed pursuant to an anonymous competitive challenge.

    The Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program (ERSP) announced that Fitness Quest, Inc. (Fitness Quest), marketers of the Ab-Lounge Abdominal Exercise Machine (Ab-Lounge) has substantiated the comparative claim reviewed pursuant to ERSP’s ongoing monitoring program.

    The Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program (ERSP) has recommended that Media Dime Marketing, LLC, discontinue performance and establishment claims for the Cheap GasAutomobile Device.

    The Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program (ERSP) has announced that Hobbytron.com (Hobbytron), marketer of the B-29 Super Fortress RC Electric Airplane (B-29), has substantiated the claims reviewed pursuant to a consumer complaint.

    The Electronic Retailing  Self-Regulation  Program (ERSP) has  determined  that  Suarez Corporation  Industries,  which  markets  the  PainNOT Laser RX, has provided a reasonable basis for general performance claims.

    The Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program (ERSP) announced that Iovate Health Sciences International (Iovate), marketers of the SmartBurn with Hoodia Weight Loss Supplement (SmartBurn), have provided a reasonable basis for all general performance and establishment claims as well as doctor and consumer testimonial claims. ERSP has recommended the marketer modify certain claims.
