The Children’s Advertising Review Unit of the Council of Better Business Bureaus has referred Street Surfing LLC, the maker of the “Whiplash Scooter” to the Federal Trade Commission, after the company declined to modify its website to depict the use of appropriate safety gear. -

The Children’s Advertising Review Unit of the Council of Better Business Bureaus has determined that advertising for the Samurai Megazord, advertised by Bandai America Incorporated, did not mislead children about the product’s performance. -
7/28/2011 - NAD Finds Comcast can Support ‘Fiber Optic Network’ Claims for Business-Class Customers
The National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus has determined that Comcast Corporation can support advertising targeted to Comcast business “enterprise services” customers, claiming that these services are delivered over a fiber optic network. -
