The National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus has referred advertising by Solace International, Inc. to the Federal Trade Commission for further review following the company’s decision not to participate in an NAD proceeding. -

On August 16, 2011, the Online Interest-Based Advertising Accountability Program tested the functionality of the consumer choice mechanism provided in the company’s privacy policy using five Internet browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera and Safari.
