The National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus has recommended Priceline.com, the online travel booking service, modify broadcast advertising to assure consumers understand that the company charges a booking fee for flights selected through Priceline’s “Name Your Own Price” service. -

The Children’s Advertising Review Unit of the Council of Better Business Bureaus (CARU) has recommended that Build-A-Bear Workshop modify its Website, www.buildabear.com, to better protect the privacy of child visitors. The company has agreed to do so. -
1/11/2009 - NAD Examines Advertising For Conagra’s Hunt’s Tomato Sauce
The National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus has determined that ConAgra Foods provided adequate substantiation for certain advertising claims made for “Hunt’s Tomato Sauce,’ but recommended the advertiser discontinue the claim that its sauce is “packed full of 100% natural vine-ripened tomatoes … .” -
